By Inis Meáin Restaurant & SuitesIn October we slaughtered our two pigs so we're busy experimenting with, and enjoying, a variety of roasts, sausages and puddings! We're working on some new projects for the 2010 season which begins in April, more of which anon. Just two things that we wanted to bring to your attention with this short mail:
1) The RTE Oileán documentary about Inis Meáin Restaurant & Suites will be broadcast again on the 14th of December on RTE1 at 19.30 for any of you who may like to watch it.
2) The Irish Times Christmas Gift Supplement tomorrow will feature Inis Meáin Restaurant & Suites gift vouchers. They are available for any amount from €50 or for one of the following packages:
Island Bubbles (€50) - A bottle of Premier Brut Champagne to be enjoyed in Inis Meáin Restaurant
